Orders are normally delivered within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.

xTailoring Service in Finland
Our tailoring service is currently available in Finland. After your purchase, you will receive instructions explaining how to order alterations.
Try the garment at home and let us know what needs adjusting. We will provide a quotation before you send the garment to us. More extensive alterations may require an in-person fitting, arranged separately.
Once completed, the tailored garment will be shipped back to you. The 14-day return right no longer applies after a garment has been altered at your request. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.
